The pasta options really hit the spot at nearby BLEU Restaurant & Bar—a true gem in Winston-Salem. Plus, the staff here were top-notch, making sure our time was splendid. The breakfast spread was another highlight, featuring all the classic American faves.

Our whirlpool tub was a no-go—looking forward to a hot jets session only to find them kaput. No other rooms to switch to either—wish they’d kept that one off the books. Tough break when you're gearing up for surgery.
